THE FAST SET
The fast set is quite like the slow set. There are just some few movements
differents.
Importants points in the fast set are the followings :

the
speed
: the aim is not to go fast, but to go quick, like a whip, like an energetic
explosion at the end of the moves.

The other important point regards your
legs
: you must be very
souple
in your legs, rolling like wheels, moving up your feet. Don't let them go near
the ground. Make big jumps too, and land well on your foot

Finally, don't make too big movements. To go faster you've to make smaller
moves.
