Even if taï-chi-chuan is frequently in my mind, i am not enclosed in this
practice. It
transparait
in my life, that's all.
Here are few of my other passions (non-exhaustive):
I like walking, i love nature, i love my friends. I love singing, i love musics (from Andes, Jamaïca or Percussions Mandingues from Africa ). More strings than keyboards or piano.
I love animals, not in my dishes. I'm
vegan
. Do like me, LET THEM LIVE, there are other solutions for food or clothes, we
just have to look for them, to find them. :-)
The ultimate is to eat fruits and grains. Try, be careful to what you eat,
you'll find here great benefit. Go slowly, don't change all the same day, let
your body acclimatate. You've to find "replacement products", like amands
instead of cheese.
